My Bichon Frise-Kasper was brutally attacked by a German Shepard while boarding with Cozy Pets Grooming and Boarding kennels in Lakewood. His muscle layers were split on his left side of the neck from nearly the top to under the jugular vein. During major surgery he received over 50 stitches and had 8 drain tubes inserted into him. The emergency animal clinic at Brookpark road, said its a miracle he survived. He is stable now and is expected to recover.
