They broke a contract for one free grooming that was made between me, the pet store (where I purchased my puppy) and them just because they decided later on they didn't want to do business with the pet store anymore. They also broke a verbal agreement over the phone when I made the appointment in which I clearly indicated the age of my puppy and that I had that coupon. I came the day of my appointment after clearing my schedule and they decided not to accept my coupon, just like that. *** 2 agreements broken *** Very bad business practices. I filed a complaint
