The product was ruined by a plethora of shipping labels, packing slips & transit routing labels he taped and stuck to it & it sustained in-transit damage as well due to not being in a shipping box. Would YOU purchase an item that was covered with some other customer%u2019s return labels, writing and damage? No, you would not even consider it. This is what this customer expected us to take back & demanded a full refund for. He bullied the staff & threated an internet smea
