Carpet was damaged in the begining. In about 6 month it begin detaching from the floor. Called 5 times to the office trying to get someone to c what the job Arianas Carpet is making. Spoke to Shila, it was impossible to get Aaron on the phone. At the begining evrybody is nice, but they r nicely won't care about u. And most important when you see all the deffects it's already to late for a change. It is not ease to recarpet whole apartment when u have furniture around. Think twice before u will decide to go with "Arianas's Carpet' unless u r ready to recrpet yo
