Incompetence = disappointing experience! Ann's and Sandy's promise that they were not like other cabinet retailers turned out to be no more than a sales pitch. Issues with Kitchen Design Center first started when they failed to design the layout of our kitchen around the only immovable piece of equipment in our kitchen, the hood vent. Instead of centering the cabinets to the hood vent, KDC decided to place the cabinets where they wanted, then informed us during installation that we needed to move our vent hole.
