Horrible experience. These guys appraisal came in $52,000 below property tax value and $65,000 below my other appraisal. They made arbitrary and unreasonable adjustments for land value and condition adjustments. They did no research of my area. Even the median listed sales price for my neighborhood was $50,000 short of what properties were selling for within weeks of the appraisal. I found multiple math errors and comparable sales data that wasn't even in the same county. When I complained and asked for correction they were rude. They acknowledged only o
