After my father's memorial service my elderly aunt informed me that the flowers she ordered did not get delivered. When we called to find out what had happened to them, the customer sales representative became quite aggitated with her and a church member that was trying to help her with the issue. She had resolved to let them deliver the flowers the following day but they were still going to charge her full price even after being very rude with her on the phone. When I asked if they were going to offer any sort of a discount or refund for not having the flowers there
