So, I just moved here and ordered a package through them after they talked me into it...later that day found a cheaper and better deal with a different company. Called the same day and cancelled the installation and service with Time Warner, not a big deal. Well they had already charged my account about $110 in a matter of minutes...I expected it to be refunded in a timely manner (This was on the 2nd of the month.) On the 8th of the month I noticed NO refund. I called and the rep told me "oops, looks like they forgot to refund your money." No big deal again, I just req
