Some time ago (when i didn't know any better), I chose to use their services as they were conveniently located near my home. BIG MISTAKE! Not only were they not helpful in terms of thoroughly explaining my refund, but I was audited!! When I called back to inform them, again, I got the run-a-round. I don't think they're fluent in the "tax language". As I began asking more questions since the preparer was talking in cirlces, a repulsive loud woman shouted at me almost trying to make look like an idiot (which in reality they're the idiots for not knowing their job!).
