Janet Miller runs and owns Shenandoah Business Services, and sells as Toys Big and Small on eBay. She is using misleading advertising copy to run bait and switch and selling trash at grossly inflated items, then hiding behind a "no returns policy." I wrote in an effort to return the item and she lied to eBay about the basis for the return attempt, and this all all documented. She engages in personal attacks on customers who do not simply give up and accept that they have wasted money buying worthless trash.
