I got my first mortgage over three years ago with Lyons Mortgage in Astoria. Two months ago they assisted me with a stramline refinance lowering my rate to 4.75% from 6.375% on my 30 year fixed rate mortgage. Best part was I did not have to start my loan over for 30 years.
