If there could be negative stars, this is what they would get. They booked a ticket for me without my permission after the original reservation expired. Since you could never get in touch with them, we went ahead and booked through another company for cheaper AND get Business Economy class. Four days later, this travel company ends up booking another ticket for me with the wrong dates AND the wrong cities! Horrible, just absolutely horrible. THEN, the person I finally got in touch with was yelling at ME on the phone because she was mad that I wanted to can
