I highly recommend BJJ @ A Martial Arts! I have been taking the Jiu Jitsu classes here (A Martial Arts) for a little over 3 months now & LOVE it! As a BJJ woman, I definitely feel more confident that I could defend myself in a bad situation, with the BJJ knowledge & experience I have learned in such a short period of time. 95% of street fights end up on the ground.%A0That's an important statistic to know, especially for a woman. Also, BJJ helps motivate me to become consistent with my diet & weight training. I have dropped 10 pounds so far %
