Not only is the staff here rude, but they have managed to ruin my laundry twice. Clearly something is wrong with the machines here, as my whites have come back twice with yellowish-brown stains across the front and back. As if it isn't bad enough that my clothes were ruined, the woman here had the nerve to accuse me of having my clothes cleaned elsewhere and then trying to get Murray Hill Cleaners to fix them free of charge. Does she honestly think I have enough time in my day to plot out ways to save a few bucks by lying about a few stained t-shirts?! This is one customer
