HSR Team. I'm a landlord that used HSR Team for my property management of 13 houses in the KCMO area for the last year. I had to switch to another PM because of many reasons. First, their office is located out in Pleasant Hill which is a half hour drive from most of my houses. Sabrina (owner) had my potential tenants and tenants drive out that far to sign documents or pay fees. I lost many tenants by not being more accessible. Secondly, HSR's bookkeeping is not current.
