This plumber was contracted by Lowe's to install a hot water heater. They visited my home to "see if they had everything they needed for the job." They called Lowe's and told the store the job would cost $100 more because the heater was in an attic and was elevated. The heater was in my daughter's bedroom closet and on floor level. Due their unethical behavior, we cancelled the order with Lowe's and used another local plumber. The other plumber did the job for $300 less.
