The owner is unprofessional and argumentative. I have used 1.99 cleaners for years and the staff has always been friendly and courteous. During my most recent visit I was taken aback by the confrontational attitude of Mr. Murphy. He jumped into a light conversation that I was having with the staff and became very defensive. This encounter was over whether or not a $1.99 item had been previously dry cleaned. I thought that the item had been dry cleaned when I brought it in 2 weeks earlier as I had paid for it and it had tags on it. Mr. Murphy was confrontational and
