I'm not really sure what happened to the other reviewer here who said she had a terrible experience at Auburndale Tires, but I had multiple tire and rim issues with my car and they were nothing but helpful and extremely courteous every time I went there. It is a bummer about her experience, but I suspect she just caught someone having a bad day. I wouldn't judge the company based on one mechanic, although I would probably feel the same way if the same thing happened to me.
