I would not recommend using or renting with this company. I am currently renting a hosue through them and they do nothing to help their tenants. They collect therent but do not try to help fix anything at the property, allowing the owners to dictate when things will get fixed. If the item isn't a "safety" issue then they will not help to get it fixed. My family moved into a house and found out during the walk-through that the garage door opener didn't work)something that was enever mentioned when we looked at it before).
