I called Quality on Saturday at 2:00pm to my surprise a technician answered the phone.I explained my refrigerator stopped cooling.He said he could be at my house in about an hour.The technician showed up very clean looking and acted very friendly and professional, a very nice guy.He diagnosed the problem explained to me what the problem was and how much it would cost to fix it(a fair price I would say). He had the part on the truck and had my refrigerator working in minutes.When he gave me the bill it was $20.00 less then he had quoted me.I asked him why and he sa
