Never rent from them, they did a walk-through of my house a few months before moving out and Tracy praised us on how clean the apartment was. On move-out, we cleaned and dusted and filled nail holes. I was told the paint for the walls was in the closet. The lawn was mowed a week prior to moving out. They turned around and charged $450 for a lawn service, $300 for repainting the house, and another couple hundred for a maid service that wasn't at all necessary. This company is truly horrible and it seems as if their leasing manager is two-faced. I would have giv
