I would rather write a good review but i cannot. I believe the owner is only in this business for the "cash" money. This groomer will stack up animals to be groomed and than let them sit for hours. Once the groomer is behind schedule it becomes a rush job. Don't believe the animals where shampooed just cut. I also think the crates are not disinfected from other animals and be aware, all grooming is done in a room that is not visible to the customer (bad sign..don't you think?) I had to select a rating which was 1 star but this place deserves a BIG FAT 0 rati
