We have installed approximately $30,000.00 worth of Pella Windows from Crawford Door and Window. I would NEVER do business with them again. From windows that are impossible to close and lock, to rotting cheap screens and sashes...what a pathetic waste of money. NOW, I have five phone calls in to the company and no one has returned my call. I have let them know that the sashes are rotten and the windows are just hanging there with no support.
