I really like how the kids learn discipline and self defense, and how to handle Bullies. But, they're having a great time too. The adult class is a really great workout. They run a boot-camp style warm up, then lots of hitting the pads and bags. Great for relieving stress. Also, the self defense, and ground fighting skills are great for my whole family to learn. So important in this day and age. They are really like a family at NGK, I'm so happy to have my entire family training there. Definitely take advantage of there FAMILY PLAN. As Sensei Dave He
