Kc's automotive practices poor customer service skills and always charges outrageous prices. After taking my vehicle to the shop I was not given a fair estimate and billed a ridiculous amount more than expected upon retrieval of my vehicle. The answer given to me as to why I was charged so much was because my vehicle needed "extra things" repaired. However, I was not notified about this before the mechanic took the liberty of hiking up the bill three times more than expected. This has happened to more people as well.
