Planned to use for roundtrip transportation to Bradley Airport for my vacation with my family. Owner requested $100 deposit but charged $200 to my credit card. Did not refund the extra $100 until I threatened small claims court for an unauthorized charge. The owner, Tim, was OK during our initial call, but after he received the deposit he was rude and very unpleasant.
