They lack any capability to pack logically or professionally, and have no concept of customer service. Plain and simple, they did a bad job of packing my house. The packed boxes marked very fragile in the bottom of the truck and numerous boxes arrived crushed and dented. They didn't use all of the blankets and pads to wrap furniture and lots of furniture and fridges rubbed against one another and scratched. They packed wooden legs of a table all rolled up into one blanket without any padding or blankets separating the legs--arrived scratched. They left items unpa
