I brought my Gateway one-piece computer in to RSA because the screen was flickering. They told me the power supply was broken but they could fix it. To make a long story short, they kept the computer for over a month, installed an external source of power (see picture of back of computer) and charged me about $500 -- more than the value of the computer; however, their solution made the computer run for all of 5 minutes before it crapped out for good.
