Less than five months ago I decided to attend my first yoga class at AMBA Studio with Lesa Kingsbury-Taub. I knew I needed to lose weight and wanted to be healthier and feel better. I was apprehensive about trying yoga. After my first class with Lesa, I was hooked on yoga! I immediately started working out at home and have not missed a day since. I attend multiple classes each week and just can%u2019t learn enough. Lesa%u2019s knowledge of muscle anatomy and yoga therapy allows her students to learn yoga in an environment where you feel you are being taught one on one.
