Before I tell you about my experience today, I want it to be clear that I have been a loyal Fastrac customer for almost 4 years. My husband and I spend a minimum of $150.00 each week between gas and cigarettes at the Oneida street Fastrac. I went in today and asked if I could use quarters to pay for cigarettes. I had never asked this before and this was a manager I had dealt with frequently.
