My child has been a member of the club for many years. We saw it change hands to the new management. We have been for the most part satisfied with how it is run and felt listened to when we had a complaint. The club is a business. There is a menu from which parents can choose various packages for training and lessons. The annual contract clearly outlines the extra expenses, such as paying for coaches to travel to competitions. I have to say we have never been presented with a request for payment that we did not already know would be charged to us. Any parent who introduce
