Errors in their scheduling system and a not so helpful receptionist promotes a stressful atmosphere. A piece of equipment did not function properly, but was informed we would use it regardless as it has been broken for a long time. The treatment I have received has not resulted in any improvement, although my wallet has been lightened. It will be difficult to positively recommend this service and location until equipment, scheduling, & front desk staff experience an upgrade.
