Avoid this apartment. 1. Within 50 feet to the railroad, and every 20-30 minutes a train passes. Huge sound and vibration will keep you awake for many nights. 2. Rent too high ~$900 (exclude water and electric). 3. Very old apartment building 4. Not convenient to the downtown. 5. Very irresponsible management and stringent lease.
