I visited Oxford Diamond Depot to have a custom ring made for my wife. I wanted to select the loose stone and the setting rather than buying something mass produced. Terry said he would have the stones shipped over the weekend and they would be ready Monday. Called on Monday, no stones. Was told I would get a call when they arrived. Never got a call. Went by on Wednesday, and somehow, the stones I was told could be gotten overnight still hadn't arrived. I was told that I would get a call letting me know what the status was.
