Dear Glass on the Move in Berkely I did not get a chance to properly thank your excellent service man who replaced the back hatch and rear side windows on my Prius this afternoon. I was on the phone with the credit card company when he wrapped up. The job was completed perfectly and quickly. One would never know that some sub-life had smashed out the windows last night and stolen all my luggage.
