This credit union was mistakenly put on a vehicle title as a lienholder by a previous owner. When we called to get a release in order to correct the information and get a new title, We were told that they could not comply. When we tried to find out why, we were yelled at and hung up on by Tim and Debbie. I was literally unable to finish a sentence because they would not stop talking over me. I spoke to several people in the business of transferring titles, and every one of them said that this credit union was acting in a ridiculous and unprofessional manner. Ther
