If not for the monthly check i wrote to Hills-min-storage i could forget i did business with them but when i had occasion to deal with them they were pleasant and helpful. What a gigantic change with the take over of corning mini-storage. I was immediatley charged with late fees i didn't know existed as i had not in five years received any complaints from Hills. I did request a copy of my lease which did state late fees are charged five days after the first of the month and additional charges after that.I then sent a check out only to be called and asked to remit anothe
