Tim Doane and Doane Builders, Inc. have been serving the building needs of the Elmira, Corning, Finger Lakes area for over 20 years. We have built custom homes ranging from 1,200 to over 7,000 sqft. Doane Builders offers you the flexibility to build on your own lot, in a non-owned subdivision, or in one of our beautiful planned communities. Currently 2 available lots exist in Phases I & II of Highland Hills, and Phase III is now open for building. Our newest planned community, Quarry Creek, is being designed to foster a sense of community not found in many residential subdivisions.
