hello, my name is Eugene walsh.34 bay ridge ave #1b, brooklyn,NY 11220. telephone 718-680-2460 you handled an coop we were interested in buying at FLAGG COURT, brooklyn, NY. the coop wasn't on an approved list. with some issues with my TRUST and the non-approval, we decided not to buy. we worked with Mr. Stephen wallach, esq. and ms. Joanne from your office. we gave you $500.00 as a retainer for the "black book". we've since returned the book and am asking for a refund deposit of $300.00. which was the agreement. when will we get the refund%3
