I have been sharing Bon Temps with friends for years and indulging my self as much as 2-3 times a week. always a pleasure, breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. They also Cater to your function. I asked Phil at Bon Temps. to obtain a Suckling Pig and prepare it Cajun Style. I had the chance to taste one some years back in Lake Charles, La. He really out did himself with everything. My friends and family will long remember having Suckling Pig. Gotta Party coming up. Call Bon Temps and if your Vegan they have you covered Too.
