Restaurants come and go in Pelham, and many of them go...downhill. Caffe Regatta is one of the few restaurants that've been around for awhile, and their standards remain very high. The chef and sommelier always have new surprises - finding small vineyards with great labels, or a new take on a recipe. Unlike many restaurants in Pelham, none of the dishes have a heavy hand with the sauces. I am absolutely hooked on their calamari - the closest "fritto misto" I've had since I left Italy.
