I did not have a very pleasant experience. Our flight was diverted because of weather and cars were limited. We were very lucky to get a car. The problem was the price and follow through of the manager. We were charged around $200 for a Honda Accord to drive one way from Springfield to Peoria. I returned the car the next morning and expressed my concerns. I was offered a $25 rebate, which I declined. The manager from Springfield called me hours later and told me he would send me a voucher for a discount in the future... this did not happen.
