I was greeted with a smile, I got my order back the same day, the price is the lowest I've paid anywhere. My shirt collars came out very clean and the pressing was very good on my pants and blazers. I was skeptical about paying in advance, but they gave me 35 cents off per piece, so I risked it; I saved a couple-three bucks there, too. I'm definitely going back.
