Absolutely charming tea room on Main st. in Peekskill. After having a fabulous high tea for lunch one day, I decided to have my daughters baby shower there. Kathleen's closes to the public for your event! The baby shower was superb, with absolutely the freshest tea sandwiches, scones, clotted cream, jams and oh! The desserts! Service is superb as well!
