Floor Spring Designz installed granite counter tops in our house in Oct. 2013 The granite had a 4 inch repaired crack & a 24 inch crack; as well as severely scratched sinks, & unfinished bullnose. Over 3 months have passed & our salesman Terrance Stafford has made little to no effort to get it resolved. His manager Dave was also notified & no effort was made, the owner Mohamed Bouyarden called once & did not sound concerned. Floor Spring Designz has mad no effort to fix their poor work.
