I hired Lawns Done Right to design my back yatd, when the job was completed I noticed that they forgot to add the soil that I'd purchased. When I calle dthe owner she wasn't aware of it so she asked her husband. Her husbans told her that the soil in my yard was fine and that it didn't need any additional soil. She refunded me $25. Not quit what I was thought the refund should be but whatever... With-in one month of the plants being planted 5 plants (all of the same varity died) I emailed the owner to advise her of the dead plants, she responded with a%2
