Horrible experience when I had to cancel my event.I lost 600 dollars within 30days of cancelling. They need to change their policy and give customers a required time in order to get a full refund.I had no control over my event being cancelled and I thought Management would be sympathetic to my situation but they were not. I will not recommend this hall to my friends and family ever.
