Ruby is sleezier than your average sleezebag car salesman. Never did I ever deal with someone so unprofessional. After one meeting he began to address me like I was one of his buddies from around the way..wasn't. He then swindled my money (half the cost of the car) and told me to come back the next day with the other half, and my car would be ready. The next day, after I'd been calling him all morning.. he finally managed a return call mid-afternoon, to tell me he had to take the day off citing "personal problems".
