Please avoid this appraiser at all costs unless you want an inaccurate, unprofessional job coupled with extremely poor customer service. Robert Mersereau oakappraisal@hughes.net made inaccurate descriptions of the home being appraised, made sq footage mistakes in the appraisal and used more foreclosures than sales for comparables. Some of the foreclosures were not even livable! Maybe some of his mistakes were made because he was scribbling down notes on an old used manila envelope.
