BLT Steak offers a variety of cuts of USDA Prime, Certified Black Angus and American Wagyu beef, each naturally aged for maximum tenderness and flavor and served with herb butter in a cast-iron pan. In addition to seasonal blackboard specials, the menu also offers fresh fish including Sautéed Dover Sole and Tuna Tartare with avocado and soy-lime dressing.
